What job did God give you to do for His kingdom? Are you doing it? I believe there is a unique flame burning in every heart, ignited by God and blown on by the Holy Spirit. It’s your little light that must shine to the Glory of God. It is important to know what your job is. Why? Because of the parable told by Jesus in Matt. 24:45-51. It’s the story about a servant who was given a job by his master to do while he was away. Upon the master’s unexpected return he found the servant busy doing this job. He was so pleased with this faithful and wise servant that he put him in charge over all his possessions. But he was not so pleased with the wicked servant who decided that his master was taking too long to return and started backsliding. Go and read 1 Cor. 12, Eph. 4:11-13 and Rom. 12:6-8.
